The Developer of the application (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") has established and published the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information for the application "Aviator's Dashboard" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please review this Policy and understand its content before installing the App.

In this Policy, "user information" refers to information related to user identification, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated, used, or accumulated in association with the user on their smartphone that the Developer obtains based on this Policy. Additionally, regarding "personal information" as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act"), this Policy, along with the separate privacy policy for personal information specified by the Developer, applies.

  • Responding to inquiries and providing guidance related to the App

  • Addressing violations of the App's terms, policies, etc.

  • Notifying changes to the App's terms, policies, etc.

  • Improving the App and services, developing new services, conducting analysis, and marketing

  • Other purposes incidental to the above

  • When cooperating with national or local authorities, or their designees, in executing legal duties, and obtaining consent may hinder those duties

The Developer may outsource the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Developer ensures appropriate supervision of the subcontractor to ensure proper management of the information.

The Developer takes reasonable organizational, physical, human, and technical measures to manage personal information securely and prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage of personal data in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Users may request the correction or deletion of their personal information via the contact details provided below. Users registered with the App may also correct their information through the in-app menu.
